Questions get answered automatically as practice continues consistently. Small wins are shared and celebrated. Hard weeks get held. The practice integrates into daily life.

Authentic yoga, taught well, shouldn't be a privilege of those who can afford it. ALIGN runs and is building outreach work to bring the practice to people for whom paid classes aren't an option.
