Hitesh J.

A method built across twelve years of teaching, two published books, programs for 50,000+ soldiers, and one stubborn belief: authentic yoga belongs in people’s lives and homes — not just in elite studios and retreats.

His path began with a Master of Accounting from Macquarie University, Sydney, followed by a continuous yoga practice from 2011 onward and twelve years as senior faculty at the Shriyog Institute of Iyengar Yoga in Pune.

From student to teacher to senior teacher to trainer to systems architect, he helped scale the school from one centre to four and led the design of institutional programs including its mobile app ecosystem.

Seema is a Senior Teacher and mentor at ALIGN Yoga School with nearly 3,000 documented teaching hours and E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance.

Her work focuses on Yoga Pilates, women’s health, senior citizens’ yoga, gentle classes, and teacher-training mentorship for new ALIGN teachers.

She leads one of the most distinctive formats at ALIGN — Yoga Pilates by Seema™ — a method developed from years of Iyengar practice, women’s health teaching, and deep practical work rebuilding strength where modern life wears the body down first.
